Is there any easy way I can do this? Pleasz give me suggestions or tutorials?

You can use the Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup tool located at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...75321033.aspx1

It can backup and restore Outlook data is stored in a Personal Folders file (.pst) data file that stores your messages and other items on your computer.

Err don’t use that Microsoft tool. It will only backup and restore .pst file (mails) only.
It won’t back up any other Outlook settings. At my work place we have software called Genie backup. It has plugin for outlook, it can backup everything. Please see following url for more:
http://www.genie-soft.com/

They have a trial version too.

Just my $0.2

To backing up outlook manually go to following location, use windows explorer and open following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\tom\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Make sure you replace tom with actual (your) user name. Inside this folder you will find the file with .pst (Outlook.pst and/or Archive.pst) extension. Just backup all these files to a USB pen or CD/Writer etc.

Restore Outlook mails
To restore them, copy them back to their original locations.

Backup contact
Same here, however if you are using Windows Address book, you contacts are kept in a file with the extension .pab. So you need to .pab file too.

Hope this helps.

Backing up outlook express

Please note that Outlook and Outlook express are two different products here. Outlook express stores settings in windows registry and emails in .dbx files:

First, open Outlook Express

Select Tools > Options > Maintenance > Store Folder

Now you will see a dialog that explains the location of the .dbx files.

Open file browser and location .dbx location and backup all files to another computer or zip drive or your backup media.

Run regedit in the run box (Star > Run) and pressing Enter:
Navigate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager

Select the above key > Click File > Export and save the file.

This is how you back up the entire key and its subkeys to a .reg file and .dbx mails to zip media.

If you find this process too complicated, I recommend spending $30-$40 for backup software as highlighted by other posters here.

Why to not use the special tool for backuping? Outlook Express Backup for example, or you can search on Google by "outlook express backup" key phrase.

Recently i finded not bad application which works with mails-view dbx file, tool has free status,it will analyze these corresponding files of dbx format and extract messages, if it is possible, program attempts to retrieve messages and save restored emails to your HDD or any other removable media, also with other mailbox recovery solutions and make sure, that this program works better.
