cant delete scheduled task in my system

Default cant delete scheduled task in my system

when my system is connected in network. In my network places,in my system folder i found a scheduled task folder running. i cant delete it.
is there is anyway to delete it
or
is there is anyway to hide completely or undetectetable to another user.

Goto CONTROL PANEL > Administrative Tools > Select Services > Select Task scheduler service > right click stop

Once service is stopped, you should be able to delete the folder.
