Default Outlook web access (OWA) configuration

Dear all,
I configured Exchange server 2k3 successfully.but when client sends mail to administrator via outlook express and I open OWA with administrator ID & Password, It wont receive any mail.What could be resons? Please tell me.

OK, dose this happen with all users? is so have you tired to restart IIS?

If this problem happens with single user, Maybe you will need to remove that user and re-create it. Make a note of his/her email alias and his group membership.

His mailbox will remain on the server *, once you create him/her back you need to log to exchange system manger - > navigate to the information store and right click on the mailbox store and run Clean up agent and you will see that the there is a red X on the account you have removed.

right click on that account and connect it to the new user you created.

This will normally resolve all problems with OWA.

Thank you very much for ur kind reply.

This problem is happing with administrator account.When I open administrator account with OWA and send mail to the same administrator, the mail does not come in Inbox but in sent item.When I send mail with other user to administrator, It does not come into administrator's inbox.
