You could try using the port scanner nmap (free software) but this may not discover all computer IPs if they are blocking pings by firewall.

You could also use the command 'net view' at the command prompt which may show you computers within your workgroup.

If you are using a Windows server I believe you can access this information easier within Active Directory.

you can view all ip's through this software "Mylan viewer" .
At the command prompt you can use these commands " net view and arp -a"
