I am looking for some unique clustering solution. Could not find any solution online hence posting here. Let me describe our environment then I will talk about expectation.

We have 5 Tomcat. No sticky session, we are using memcache for session sharing.
We have 3 Apache http servers. Using mod_proxy_ajp. Using lbmethod=bytraffic.

Now the problem is these http servers do not know about each other and the bytraffic is independent.

The question is: How can we share these information across all apache http? So that they all know whom to send the next request, who is loaded or not.
