Default lighttpd cgi problem

Hello everybody ,

I have a problem with my server ( lighttpd ) , and i don't know where come this problem !

I explain , i have created a test php script
>site.com/script.php that contain just an echo " Hello ";
output : Hello

When i modify the file echo " Hello WORLD ";
output : Hello ( Still in HELLO )

I should reboot lighttpd , to view totaly " Hello world "

Any one know what is the cause of this problem ?

Thanks !

May be you are editing wrong file? You need to edit file where documentroot is set.

Yes, either upload your lighttpd.conf file as a text file or just copy and paste both lighttpd.conf and your sample.php file. Also, provide more info about your Linux distro, php version by running the following commands:
Code:
php -v
whereis php-cgi
