Hello,
I wasn't sure whether to post this in the Debian section or the Web Servers section, so I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place.
I've been running Apache2.2.16 for a bit now, because it's the one that comes with apt-get. It runs perfectly fine, however for security purposes I would like to stay up to date, of course.
I've been running apt-get update and apt-get upgrade, however it seems that there is no newer version of Apache2 in the repository than "Version: 2.2.16-6+squeeze1".
My question, is this dangerous? Are there security risks? Is there any way to (easily) update Apache2 to the latest version?
I'm running Debian 64-bit.
Thanks in advance,
