Running upgrade problem
Hi folks,
Debian Etch - fresh installation $ sudo aptitude upgrade Code:
Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree... Done Reading extended state information Initializing package states... Done Reading task descriptions... Done Building tag database... Done The following packages will be upgraded: linux-image-2.6.18-6-486 1 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded. Need to get 0B/16.2MB of archives. After unpacking 1839kB will be used. Do you want to continue? [Y/n/?] y Preconfiguring packages ... dpkg: parse error, in file `/var/lib/dpkg/available' near line 8090 package `gtk2-engines-pixbuf': `Depends' field, reference to `libglib2.0-0': version contains ` ' E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2) A package failed to install.
