Currently ISPs in India is not supporting IPv6 but few government department testing it like NicNET and IIS at Bangalore. Your best choice is to use 3rd party Tunnel over existing IPv4 network. No hardware upgrade required. Linux kernel is ready with IPv6. Please see following instructions to run IPv6 tunnel under Debian / Ubuntu Linux:
