Generally you have two options:
Contact remote IDC staff and ask them to fix it Connect server using remote console i.e. IPMI 2.0 Server Monitoring. I personally use Remote Console and Power Management. All our servers are connected using Baytech rpc remote power control units and remote console access. With this you can turn on/off the power to a server remotely and access the server's BIOS and boot loader or load ose etc via console access You can also try this document - > http://www.softpanorama.org/Solaris/..._solaris.shtml
