Unhappy GRUB Error - Solaris 10

Dear All,

I have installed Solaris 10 Virtual Machine through software SUN xVM Virtual Box. I have given it 512MB RAM.

I was not getting GRUB menu, so I googled few solutions and ran command
Code:
/sbin/installgrub -m /boot/grub/stage1 /boot/grub/stage2 /dev/rdsk/c0d0s0
Now GRUB menu is coming, but I am not able to boot my Solaris 10 machine.

I am getting this error.

I even tried reinstalling grub as given in section 3.2 of this article but is didn't helped. GNU GRUB Manual 0.97

I have tried both setup (hd0) and setup (hd0,0), but all in vain.
I got this error.

This is known bug. Try passing uppermem 2000000 to at grub> prompt. And boot normally.

See there is no bug around this issue. You should have used old boot loader
Bug ID: 6522857 Grub Error 28: Selected item can not fit into memory. Unable to boot installer
