Thumbs down How to monitor RSH commands

Hi Guys,

In my company we are using Solaris 8.

I want to know how to monitor RSH commands, like who and all used them and what they did and who and all having RSH & RCP privilages. In my servers all Developpers have RCP & RSH privilages other test machines.
But some body misusing that and i want to monitor that.

Can any one help me on this?
