    Default

Many reasons can block it. A few I can think of it:

    • Firewall
    • Hots security config (/etc/hosts.allow or /etc/hosts.deny)
    • Routing
    • Vlan
    • PAM config or sshd config

Take a look at server logs (both firewall and sshd logs).
