Default VMWare workstation, shutdown guests when host is shutdown

How do I shutdown vmware workstation guests when the host is shutdown?

I think I have to use a script but where do I place this script to execute when host is shutdown (it has to be system-wide and not user specific)?

Edit: I can use vmrun suspend /pathtovm/ to suspend a guest. How do I suspend all guests?
