    Question mail servers

I think email servers could be useful if they are efficient enough and affordable. does anyone know professionals who could provide me with such efficiency?

This is a difficult question to answer as the question is so broad. Any mail server properly configured will be a stable and powerful platform to operate with. Generally speaking unless you are very proficient with your chosen operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and unless you have experience in setting up, securing, and maintaining those systems on public facing platforms you would be better off going for a hosting provider who can provide you with the services you require and depending on how much you are willing to spend some form of service guarantee that the service will be online XX.XX% of the time or that support tickets will be responded to within X hours.

Are you trying to setup a mass mailing email marketing system or is this simply a mail server for users to have individual mailboxes for as the setup for either one will be different depending on which you need done.
