    If I want to check domain name for a IP how it is to be done?

    You can use the "host" command to find out the domain name from an IP address. Have a look:


    Code:
    [jralph@jralph-linux ~]$ host 72.30.2.43
    43.2.30.72.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer ir1.fp.vip.sk1.yahoo.com.
