    Default Squid caching server

    Hi Techie,

    In my organization, bandwith usage is nearly 50 Mb.So suppose i configured squid caching server , so how much i get reduction in my bandwith usage.

    Anybody , i have any idea about it.

    It depends upon what users are doing. If they are using Youtube, than there is not much you can do. But for rest of the stuff such as images and static file you can provide 20-30% boosting.
