    Default FreeBSD: How to set the IP automatically assigned by DHCP

    Hi can anyone guide me on how to make the IP assigned automatically by DHCP in FreeBSD

    Edit your /etc/rc.conf to include the following:
    Code:
    ifconfig_rl0="DHCP"
    Replace rl0 with actual interface name. Reboot the system. If you need hostname, use the following institutions:

    1. FreeBSD DHCP Set Hostname ( Empty Hostname After Reboot )
