How can I Update the XML Tag Values using Shell Script
HI,
Can anybody help me in my problem. I run the daily Build Script using Shell Script . I have an XML File in the Source where in i require to Update everyday with incrementing Build number. I need to Update the string value inside the tag in XML file. Kindly please help me.

You can update XML tag using sed command. Can you paste sample XML file??? Here is logic:

sed 's/Linux/Unix/' input.xml > output.xml /bin/cp input.xml backup.xml /bin/cp output.xml input.xml
