I would like to interact with an interactive Linux process using shell script. To brief, let me given an example.
consider mysqld, which when invoked turns into its own shell mode where users can type and execute queries. I've a requirement to invoke similar process and input the queries to it through shell script. Is there a way to input an interactive process to perform a set of batch operations on a go through shell script? -Mani |
