Default sending a message to all users bash

how do i send a message to all users under bash shell. no matter if they are doing ftp or ssh or anything else my message should be send to all of them

Default

Use wall command to send message to all users. Wall displays the contents of file or, by default, its standard input, on the terminals of all currently logged in users.
Type wall command followed by message, when done hit CTRL+D
wall
