I'm sorry I must ask again and bothers all people around. This should be a simple problem, but I don't know how to solve it.

This failure can reproduced by opening lots of webpages using the proxy.

clear the squid logs and chache pages and restart the squid

did you try to update squid to 3.0 version?

Unfortunately, until now, the newest available version for Windows is 2.7 STABLE7. If you have ported the newest Squid 3.0 STABLE23, or have step-by-step instruction to compile it on Windows, please reply to this thread.

According to my opinion, the problem is on memory usage. If I change and add the RAM, it works just fine.

Now the problem is solved, but I still wondering is there any solution to prevent or fix the problem without changing the hardware (I believe there is).
