- eth0, eth2 - ip: 10.1.1.1 bond1 - eth1, eth3 - ip: 10.1.1.2 ifdown bond0 , bond1 is up - can ping bond1 ifdown bond1, bond0 is up - can ping bond0 ifconfig eth0 down, eth2 is up - can ping bond0, bond1 ifconfig eth2 down, eth0 is up - can ping bond0, bond1 ifconfig eth2, ifconfig eth0 - cannot ping bond0, bond1 it appears that when the interfaces are physically down, the routing table is not updated. thus on the system perspective, the bond is still up. both interfaces consisting the bond is physically down, but it continues to be logically up. is there a way to resolve this? ![]() |
