I think the problem is with the server holding the ftp server, reinstall the FTP Server and check if its a solution.

Yes sir even i tried to upgrade libssl-devel or whatever related to this problem that i thought
i searched on google, the result was related with error, libssl.so.5 but in my case it is libssl.so.6 help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Ok if you say its related to libssl.so.6, why don't you just go and update ur current library file libssl.so.5 ???
