Default securing server

hello i am trying to my server first off i use FC4 and openvz envierment

i need to see about seting up a VE to handle just proxy or vpn but i need it to be passworded.
I then want to set all my other VE;s disable ssh login on all hosts except by the proxy.

how can i do this?


PS i am installing webmin and that firewall program that was stickied.
