Did you configured snmpd on web-01? You need something as follows in snmd.conf (adjust subnetmask as per your setup)

well so you mean to say that on all of the server I have to configure the snmpd.conf file with the same Community name and the com2sec source as the main SNMP server with MRTG and RRDTOOL . Well and I also wan't to know how to do snmp ans MRTG for CISCO router and Switches .

You need to have snmpd on all devices. MOst router, network switch do have inbuilt snmpd so no need to install anything just configure them using telnet or web access. And you are done!
For Linux / UNIX / Windows servers you need to install and configure snmpd.
