Exclamation No Route to Host

Dear All

I configured mail server under Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4. All services running properly within the server but when I connected server on network and try to fetch the mail, I faced a error on client side.
Error is: Could not connect to PO server 132.147.100.2 (port pop3): No route to host.

Please solve my problem and share your expriences with me.

Is routing set correct for client? Is firewall blocking port?
