Thread: Multi Homed Servers

I am currently in the process of migrating customers from one mail server to another but we don't want to shift all mailboxes at once to the new server. The email addresses need to stay the same and the domains can not be different.

Situation...

users 1-5 are on new server
users 6-100 are on old server

all users have mailboxes under the same mailbox

users 1-5 will connect to the mailserver using mail2.domain.com
users 6-100 will connect to mailserver using mail.domain.com

all email addresses will be at the @domain.com address.
