how to configure sendmail to only receive mail.. and users should not send any mails out side?

Is it possible to do it in sendmail?

Let me put it in short way..
my company don't want any materiel to be sent out side other then receiving mails.. So how to do it in sendmail?

You can simply set firewall to allow only incoming smtp port 25 but no outgoing smtp service via port 25 using iptables.
