Default mail server step by step guides

Can someone help me locating a good postfix/sendmail/qmail step by step guide? Preferably from the nixcrfat forum itself rather than from web? Many thanks in advance.

I don't have a link from nixcraft, but there are two excellent tutorials for installing complete mail servers on FreeBSD:

FreeBSD-Postfix-MySQL-SpamAssassin-Maia-Virtual Setup | Purplehat Organization

or

Secure email servers from scratch with FreeBSD 6.1 (part 1)
Secure email servers from scratch with FreeBSD 6 (Part 2)

In qmail servers, go to /var/qmail/control directory, you can find a file named, databytes. Edit that file so that you can change the mail size. (in bytes).
For a single user, i am not sure if it is possible..
