Default Configuring mailserver (Postfix) on Webmin

I have installed Webmin and Postifx on my dedicated server (centos linux 5.3). When I send mail through the server the message headers are incorrect, and doesn't look like Postfix is actually sending the mail. I have deleted the sendmail and qmail modules from webmin, so where else could the mail be originating?

How can I see what MTA is delivering the mail, and how do I change it to Postfix?
