My company want below listed modification in "sendmail"

Sendmail contains a User Group,having 10 Users. Now, everyone from this group can send mails to the "CTO"

Now, My company needs that mails sent by this group users , should not go directly to "CTO"!!!! All mails should forward automatically onto another mail id of the "Company Secretary" instead of "CTO"

Now, If the "Company Secretary" thinks that some mails are important for "CTO" , he/she will forward some mails to "Company Head" But, those sent mails to "CTO" should not contain "Company Secretary" name as a forwarder. It can contain the original user name of that group,who has sent mail earlier.

Is it possible to send mails like this & Can we implement this type of mail policy in sendmail?

Please let me know if you have a perfect solution.

I know that ".forward" facility for a user, but it won't possible in this scenario, because we need to forward mails from particular group only to "Company Secretary" mail id.
