Hello all,
I really need help with a problem that been getting worse over the last couple of days. Nagios is reporting the following: Service: IMAPs server Additional Info: CRITICAL - Cannot make SSL connection Service: Mailping Additional Info: UNKNOWN: Unable to connect to "server ip address" : connection failed IO::Socket::SSL: Timeout CRITICAL - Socket timeout after 10 seconds then after a couple of min Notification Type: RECOVERY Service: IMAPs server Host: Main Server Address: mail server ip state: OK TCP OK - 0.014 second response time on port 993 [* OK [ AUTH=PLAIN AUTH=LOGIN] mail.server.com IMAP4rev1 2003.338rh at tue, OK: All email received durring this time mail clients, outlook/thunderbird will lose/report lost connection to imap server - also, squirrlmail will give an error message on login any clues on where and how to troubleshoot this error? what tool would tell me if the error have to do with server overload? tools to analyis the server imap?
