Squid Error
Hi Everyone,
When I start squid service, faced a error but service working properly. Error is: Squid: ERROR: Could not read pid file /var/run/squid.pid: (13) Permission denied. Please share your experiences with me and help me Regards Zaka Feroz

Hi ,
Can you give me more details , like what is the os , what is the version of squid. What command u r using to start squid. Also check what is the o/p of the command pidof squid.It should give you at least 2 pid.If it is not then there is issue with squid server configuration.
