Hello all,
I've downloaded tar.ball and tried to compile it but it look like Apple ships OS X without gcc c/c++ compiler? How do I install the one? Has any one tried to compile open source software under Apple OS X?

Apple does not ship with compiler. You need to install the Apple Developer Tools. XCODE is needed.
