Default Clone Sata Hard disk drive

Hi everyone,
How's everyone doing today? I am hoping all you guys are having a happy thanksgiving.

I am wondering is there any way that can do the trick to clone the entire hard disk for linux, especially SuSe 10.0? My machine is 80G Sata which has several data and applications on it. I have ftp server, php, apache, and mysql servers. The system file is reserfs. So, it is very time consuming to reinstall and configure everything. Unfortunately, my hard disk is acting weird lately, and I have a feeling it will leave me very soon. I would like to buy a new sata disk to replace this before it actually gets cooked. Since my hard disk is 80G. If I buy 500G sata disk to replace, is it going to work for cloning? Do both hard disk drives have to be the same size and the same brand name to do that on linux? On windows world, there are hundreds of software that we can do the disk image. I don't know if there is a Dr.helper somewhere that can make it work the same with linux. If anyone knows how to get this done on linux, please hook me up. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much.
