Noop, I don't think so there is any open source software exists that can authenticates via Active Directory Service

Hey There lots of Ticketing software available from opensource cummunity. i have personally used in a production environment earlier with any type of LDAP standard directory server. Checkout GLPI, OTRS, Citadel (untested).
