Default Squid Problem
I keep getting this message after squid runs for more than 5 days why ??

The dnsserver returned:

Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.

This means that:

The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.

Your cache administrator is root.

Specially when accessing mail sites as yahoo.

Also the squid goes down now with the following:
from /var/log/messages I get:

From the more /var/log/squid/cache.log I get the following:

May be some bug exists in squid version. Try to use updated version. Also let me kno the squid version and Linux distro.
