How do I turn Telnet on for a Red Hat Enterprise Linux system?

I know it is insecure but I need telnet

Type 3 simple command (assuming that you are using RHN)

up2date telnet-server telnet
chkconfig telnet on
/etc/init.d/xinetd restart
