Default regarding postfix mail server

hy all
in our organisation we have postfix smtp server and i want that when ever any user in my office send any mail , one copy of that mail should me saved on my smtp server so that i can moniter that they are not missusing mail service .
or can you suggest me any other solution for this problame

this should be posted to Linux forum and not to shell scripting

You can see postfix mail file Mail record from log file => /var/log/maillog
Following comman should give you idea:

tail -f /var/log/maillog
Other option is install awstat graphical stat program

in your main.cf add this line

always_bcc = your_mail
