Default Fedora boot problem

Dear All,
Please help me for solving the problem.
I have fedora core 2. I am not able to boot this server.
I am getting following error.

ERROR: Couldn't open /dev/null (Read-only file system)

Pl help me it's urgent.

Boot into single user mode i.e. into emergency mode
Run fsck on file system (make sure file system in unmounted) when done reboot system

Still i am not able to boot. I am getting errors as

Did you boot in single user mode? If so run fsck first

fsck /dev/device
Then remount file system

mount -o remount -rw /dev/device /
