Default iptables -m time

I just read the Linux iptables firewall man page and found that iptables -m time can be use to restrict access based upon the time. But syntax is bit complicated I am looking for some one to point out answer or an example iptables firewall ruleset for Ethernet interface eth0

Thanks in advance.
