Default linux defrag vmware

How to linux defrag vmware. I'm using vmware linux host and guest os are Windows XP and Linux and FreeBSD. So i wanna linux defrag vmware so that it will work fast.

You can defrag it from host computer. All you need to do it start vmware then select guest os (such as Linux/XP) and Edit virtual machine settings. Next select Hard Disk > Click on Defragment button.

after this your speed should increase
