Linux desktop download
Hello folks
I am very new to Linux. I need some information on Linux and information for Linux desktop download. Also suggest me the best desktop OS out there. My usage will be Surfing the Internet Watching movies/DVD Writing letters Digital camera connectivity USB stick connectivity et all Thanks and happy new year 2006

rogy I'm using Debian at home and it works very nice. I have KDE desktop and it is quit easy to use. Since you are new you can try out
Ubuntu Linux http://www.ubuntulinux.org/ OR PCLinuxOS : http://www.pclinuxonline.com/pclos/ Download ISO images from above site, burn them on CD, install, or run from Live CD. Moreover, start to use. If you have a question use our forum and will happy to assist you further.
