Default CVS 2.11.21 for Fedora Core 2

Dear All,
I want to configure CVS server on Fedora . (Fedora itself has cvs 2.11.16). Also cvs 2.11.21 stable version is avaiable. but i am not able to download it for Fedora. As cvshome.org link is not available. So from which site i will get the cvs2.11.21 for fedora.

CVSHome page is here http://www.nongnu.org/cvs/ and ftp site is here to download source code http://ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu/cvs

Get cvs Fedora RPM here:
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu....19-8.i386.rpm
