Default SATA Hard Disk not detected

Dear all,
I want use SATA Hard Disk. But Redhat9 or Redhat Enterprise 3 is not detecting the Hard Disk.

I am using Samsung 200GB SATA Hard Disk and Intel Entry Server Board SE7221BA1-E motherboard.

We have same Motherboard for RHAS3.0 and we were not able to use SATA hard disk, first we upgraded BIOS and then we downloaded driver from following url, it has README.TXT file read that. At the time of installation you need to provide the disk

Take printout of readme.txt file and read it has all the info how to use driver under REDHAT Linux 9 and 3.0 version.
