Which is worse: rm /* -r or xhost - ?

Sure rm /* -r is worsest

xhost + basically turns off security completely, you can avoid xhost and X stuff use something like vnc, IMPO

so what does xhost- do if xhost+ removes security. lets say if some new user tries xhost+ and all security is removed. what should he do to start back the security features (xhost-??).
