Those are basic and part of all Linux distros. The dpkg under Debian / Ubuntu will tell package name for the file:
Code:
dpkg -S /bin/echo
Rpm can be used under Fedora or Redhat or Suse or CentOS:
Code:
rpm -qf /bin/cat
Once package name displayed use apt-get or yum command to install the same over the Internet or use your local DVD.

thx rockdalinux

it would be greater if there is a website that let u for example
select missing files(in checkboxes or something) and let you download them to your pc manually.

There are websites but nothing like checkbox. For e.g. fedora mirror or debian mirror. Why not use yum or apt-get command as suggested earlier. Those binaries are part of coreutils and cannot be deleted. Are you sure they are not avilable on your system?
