Arrow I want information about Linux Mint 7

now i use Ubuntu9.04 and i interest in Linux Mint 7
i want to try install .
if i use Ubuntu i can in stall from desktop and same hard disk or not?
it's have a problem when i boot to login or?
and what's good point of Linux Mint 7

I suggest you keep the existing Ubuntu and learn a few things which will help to master Linux. For e.g. vi text editor, command line, moving files, creating and listing directories and so on. Once you go all the details, try out other distro. You can also use vmware or virtualbox on top of Ubuntu to test new operating system w/o disturbing anything or creating new partitions.

now i can install Linux Mint7
it's have a problem bit when i write CD.
if who need to write CD for smooth i think use low speed and good quality CD that make when install
correct . thank you so much for guide me .
now i want to go test it.

First off, Linux Mint 7 and Ubuntu 9.04 are basically the same thing except different looks. So switching probably would not do you much good. Linux Mint 7 is currently my main OS for my desktop. I have tried most versions of Ubuntu and have found them all to be very similar. Switch if you want, but don't be suprised if you end up with the same stuff as you had before.

i think Mint7 it's friendly more Ubuntu for who's new for Linux it easy more .
my frind tell me when try to install Ubuntu for add Language and setup it's use many step. but i think it not a problem Ubuntu is first step of me to learning Linux i think today
i can learning about command and manage for deccorate Desktop i think it's great and
i don't back to windows.xx. for many program in Linux it's enough for me .
now i try to use fedora11 it's OK. some broblem when setup driver make me understand .
in Linux and i think next time Penguin can fry .
