have problem when use systemrescuex86 boot
i use ubuntu9.04 and now update to ubuntu-studio 9.04
and i try to download systemrescue x86 v 1.2.0 and i write to cd. when it's boot from cd it's can't complete boot process it has line error more sorry if i write wrong but it's like this = I/O ERROR , dev sro ,sector 385800 Buffer I/O ERROR on device sro,logical block 96450 "................................................. ......." 96451 end-request I/O ERROR on device sro ,sector 385800 loop 0 : read i/o ERROR ,sector 385614 squashfs ERROR : sb-bread failed reading block ox2f127 "..................." unable to read metadata.cache entry [bc49eoc] Switch_root: bad init /sbin/init :Not a directory Kernel panic -not syncing :Attempted to Kill init ! _ that's wrong ? and how i can fix the ploblem?  i new for Linux if who know the correct way please tell me by step. thank you.
